We move Fast!  As soon as you send us the required information ( please see - What will I need to get started? ) we will get started on your website.  Lead times are usually 5 business days* and project completion is usually within 5 business days.

*At times we may have higher volume of clients and lead times may be extended before we can start on your project.

So here is the big question " Are you going to be able to get placed at the top of Search Engine page results"? - The answer - Yes...

We start by conducting a Google Market Trend Analysis.  We look at key phrasing and other search term criteria for you local market and study what your competition is publishing to the web. Next we come up with a custom strategy to engage and find new online customers and leads.

Depending upon the saturation of market competition in your area, the strategy we choose will vary from business to business.

We do offer web development that can lead to higher Organic (Free) Search Results by developing unique website content that users would be searching for.

If you are in a highly competitive market like AC repair, we will need to budget for advertising on Google Ads. Our digital marketing service does include Google Ads support.

We want to keep your website up to date with all of your products, services and current offerings.  You get monthly support for us to make changes to your website or add new fresh content.

We will transfer up to 25 webpages of written content from your old website. Transferring pages are a best practice to maintain good SEO page rankings on Google & Bing Search Engines.

Normally we will not transfer the graphics and layout of the old webpages just page titling and written content only.  We just keep them on the back-end of your new website for search engines to index. Your visitors would not have access to them.

If you have over 25 pages needed for transfer,  an additional service fee would be added on.

We will need the following:

1. Your logo.*
2. A Summary of written content for each page. You know your business best, tell your story to your customers. Don’t worry if you are not a professional writer.  We will take what you submit to us and help with written content development.

* If you do not have a logo we will create a simple text logo for your website for free. Additional charges apply for graphic logo creation.

If you need help purchasing a domain name let us know.

You can supply one to us that you have purchased from a third party registrar or we can register one for you. The annual cost is $25/year* which includes domain privacy.  The domain name is not included in your design and marketing services website price.

Most of our client's have already purchased a domain name and we can easily point it to our servers.  We recommend that you keep control of your domain name and register it to yourself.

*Domain Names are subject to availability. Higher cost domain names are not included and must be purchased separately.

Yes. Additional pages are optional. Website pricing for additional pages is $100 per page flat fee. This cost is a one time fee and does not get added on to the annual hosting cost.

****Monthly Updates is our service that includes then plan indicated hours of updates annually.  We will add your supplied photos, written content, embed video from your YouTube or Vimeo account, Add Special offers, make changes to layout, add new pages with your supplied content. Add posts to your Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Pages (if Applicable) using your supplied content. Any additional changes or updates that exceed allotted hours will be billed at an hourly rate of $75/hour.
